Abstract: Course of Action Forecasting

This report describes our CKM (Course-of-Action Knowledge Manager) Fusion Architecture Framework. Our approach uses unstructured information extractors to fuse Multi-INT unstructured data sources with a repository of structured data, performs a hybrid spatial analysis and attribute clustering methodology to learn adversary behavior models, and provides risk forecasts using these models. The developed framework provides a platform for battlespace intelligence that is capable of supporting tactical intelligence applications. One such application is Risk-based Route Planning, which is described in detail. In addition, we discuss further applicability of the framework.
